anyone ever had or dealt with alaska bow hunting broad heads or arrows?
I recently ordered a custom 27 inch arrow with right fletching and some right bevel 150 grain massai broadheads and was wondering if anyones ever had them or anything? Thanks, appreciate it!
150 grain is very heavy for a 27 inch arrow and right fletching spins left meaning the head will slightly unscrew on impact so use thread lock but i have never used those but i have seen them and they look like a good compact shape… i prefer small heads with wide and short blades not the long swept back ones
also on the arrows, from experience, shooting a longer arrow by 2-3 inches and using a lighter head puts the arrow flying flatter just physics
