My uggs are hard and crusty, will my cleaning kit fix them?
I never used the cleaning kit, but top of my uggs like hard and crusty, i used water repelent that the lady and nordstroms gave me, but i just got a 5 piece cleaning kit for uggs, will it make them soft again?
Did anyone ask for your opinion on them?
