Why is my dog obsessed with tracking down, and then eating kleenex?
I swear my 4 year old dogs mission in life is to find any piece of kleenex that is accidently left lying around and eat it. If you leave the room for 15 seconds and you have left a kleenex somewhere, you will come back to find my dog looking guilty with the kleenex half eaten in his mouth. Even if there is food around, he loooves the kleenex, is this normal? lol
I don’t know if it’s normal, but I have the same problem. Fortunately, she doesn’t feel the need to mess with my toilet paper. . . but unsuspecting Kleenexes and paper towels *must* be pulled down and shredded. She doesn’t really “eat” them. . . just distributes little damp pieces all over the house.
At least your dog looks guilty? Mine tries to pretend everything is perfectly normal, unless you’re trying to get what’s in her mouth. What white fuzz pile over there on the carpet? I don’t see that.
I call it “bored min pin”. She’ll only do it when I’m in another room, not paying any attention to her.
