does the Hogue- Tamer shotgun pistol grip work?
did you ever use it? is it really worth it? does it have the sling attachment shown in the picture? if not what company is the best for more than 500 shots at the range with a pistol grip on a m590 with a matching forend. 00buckshot.
does the Hogue- Tamer shotgun pistol grip work? —– NOT REALLY…….. It might give the slightest reduction in recoil but overall it will still kick….. 500 Shots of buckshot at the range?? — I dont know any full size buttstock or pistol grip that can tame that kind of shooting…. With a full stock on my Mossberg 500 loaded with 2 3/4 inch 9 pellet buckshot I can only shoot about 60 rounds before my body cant take it. The guy I go to the range with can only shoot about 20 shots from his pistol grip Remington 870 before his hands hurt… Then when he switches to his full size Remington with a buttstock he can only shoot about 70 rounds of buckshot before he stops and hes twice the size of me with huge shoulders and arms of muscles…… You might want to try a collapsable pistol grip type stock. That way you can use it both ways I personaly dont know anyone who can take that kind of abuse with a pump shotgun….. Are you sure its 500 rounds in one day you want to try? — If you can god bless you!!
