Armalite Ar-50..just got it.?
Just got my AR-50….anyone have one or any other 50 BMG…and have any suggestion for me? Any pet loads or tweaking ideas? Suggestions on a Harris bi-pod versus the Armalite bipod? I’ve had Harris bipods before and loved them, but are they sturdy enough for a 33 pound rifle? Any thoughts would be great. Help out a rookie to the 50 world.
I personally cannot believe you would ask for a pet load here. Too many kids w/ S of F magazines. Stick with the manuals But I can highly recommend Harris Bipods. They are sturdy enough for your Armalite. I have used them successfully with rifles ranging from Ruger 10/22s to my Barrett .50cal. Never fired the Armalite .50; would like to hear how the alum stock feels at -20F like it is here now.
