Top 3 Tips to Help You Choose the Perfect Holster for Your Gun
If you are a gun enthusiast who is looking for holsters. You will find that the market actually offers you a lot of choices. There are just too many styles and designs to look at that the search can end up being a bit confusing. The thing with simple or western gun holsters is that they do not come in a one size fits all deal. They are usually made to fit a specific type of gun. This means that if you own two types of gun, say a .45 and a .38 caliber for example, you may need to buy one holster for each.
What is the correct fit?
You would know that you have found a correct fit if your gun snuggly fits the holster. It should not be too loose nor should it be too tight. A loose holster can cause you to drop your gun while something too tight may cause you to struggle as you pull the gun out of it.
Again, if you have your eyes on leather holsters, expect that the holster may be too tight initially. But as you work your gun in and out of it, it will eventually conform to your gun’s size.
