What kind of sights should I get for my new Remington 870 Super Mag.?
Either a Bushnell scope or the traditional green on the front and red on the end fiber optics? This gun will be used for turkey hunting and is Realtree Hardwoods camo pattern. (I’m afraid Red Dot sights would alert the toms.) What would look the best and get the job done?
I would just go with the green and red sights! And get and “UNDERTAKER” choke for it. I use the same choke and itll just about take the head off a tom. As a matter of fact its turkey season in Arkansas and i just got through bustin a long beard this evenin and at 50 yards it messed em up good!!!! lol. Dont waste your money on a scope. I dont know where you hunt but around here your mostly gonna be taking shots through leaves and limbs and the scope will be getting in the way then. just use a regular sight with that choke and itll take the limbs leaves and turkeys head all in one shot!
