Now reloading is becoming a more popular pastime, providing a relief for the recent crippling ammunition prices. RCBS makes good dies as well.
I researched this topic as well for about 2 months. People always came back with basically the same answer — Redding dies.
There are several Reloading discussion boards to read up on.
The advice that I remember from these was basically:
To stay Green — stick with Redding or RCBS dies ( the green colored dies and equipment)
