Rx7 Body Kits For Contemporary Style

Some cars make an immediate impact in the market soon after they are introduced. Mazda RX7 which debuted in 1979 was one such car. Its sleek style and affordable price found instant favor with the buyers. It had a unique rotary engine which had the advantage of being compact and light. It was introduced as a two-door coupe but the coupe model was discontinued in 1995. In each of its three generations drastic changes were made which could be considered almost an overhaul. At the time of introducing the third generation in 1993 the car manufacturers aimed to put in the market a well rounded sports car. It was a light and swift car. Right from the beginning the car makers laid emphasis on the performance and style of the car so even now it is able to hold its own against the competition.

So far as the style of the car is concerned it may be further enhanced by installing RX7 body kits. Style of a car immediately attracts the viewers, and they tend to associate it with the owner of the car. They try to judge the owner by his car. Whether it is proper to do so are not may be debatable but that is how people think. The car owners try to make a favorable impression by choosing a style which projects their taste and personality. The car by itself provides a very limited scope to alter or modify its appearance and feel, but with the RX7 body kits you can experiment on a wider scale. The reason is that they are highly visible and are available in a number of designs and styles. You are very likely to find those which suit you best but it is advisable to have them installed in a correct way. The body kits industry has grown phenomenally thanks to the demand from car owners who appreciate the fact that they offer great value for money.

When you drive in the classic RX7 you will realize that it gives an impressive performance. RX7 body kits will add style to it and will help you to customize your car. You can see the latest RX7 body kits at www.ilovebodykits.com.

How to build my own reflector scope from scratch (not using any kit)? – beginner question?

I’m planning on making an 8″-10″ reflector scope using everyday things (w/ some fabricated stuff). Is there any specifics on which kind of concave mirror should I use? Or a vanity mirror is already good enough? About the second (flat and ellipse) mirror, how will i know the size and the distance from the main mirror? How they are related? And how they are computed if ever. Last thing.. making an eye piece, (planning on using a pvc pipe).. from what I saw in my 3″ scope, the smaller the diameter of the concave glass, the better magnification.

So that’s pretty much the plan. Not sure though how hard or easy it is making my own Newtonian telescope. Please give your comments. And tell my if I’m insane with my plan. I only know basics. I’m just a big fan of scopes. :)
EDIT: some vanity mirrors have concave shape. You can tell that because you apprear bigger in the reflection.

What will happen if you just use cheap mirrors like a vanity mirror??

Fifty years ago, it used to be very common for people to make their own telescopes. Nowadays it has become very rare, because commercial telescopes have become relatively inexpensive. One result of this is that it is very hard to find the parts needed to build your own scope. Unless you have a very strong motivation to learn how to do this, and to track down the parts needed, I wouldn’t recommend building your own scope. Because the parts are hard to find, they are very expensive, and a home made telescope will cost many times more than a commercially built telescope. Labour is so much cheaper in China where almost all telescopes are made nowadays.

From your question, it’s clear you have little idea of what’s involved. Any telescope uses a “first surface” (aluminized on the front) precision ground mirror as its primary. A vanity mirror is a “second surface” (aluminized on the back) mirror with nowhere near the precision to form an image. It is possible to grind and polish such a mirror yourself; there are kits available. Aluminizing the mirror must be done by a professional mirror coater.
