I need help with my dry skin! I scratch until there are bruises on my legs!!! ?
It’s mostly on my legs, the bothersome part anyways. I started noticing these little red bumps (sort of pimple looking but not pimples) about 3 years ago. Slowly they began to multiply and spread to the backs of my arms and my upper back. They have not gone away despite the vane attempts to relieve myself of them. As they progressed my skin started to itch in the concentrated spots (legs). Since then I’ve began to scratch bruises into my legs from the itching! I don’t know what to do. I do not have any insurance so I cannot go to the doctor about it. I have not had insurance for sometime either. I really need help!!
It’s not exema, the bumps aren’t that concentrated. And it’s not rosacia either. When squeezed a very small, hard, white somthing comes out. (Almost looks like the white piece of whatever at the end of a hair when you pull it out.)
I have the same thing, but on my arms. They are not pimples. I’m not really sure what the technical word for them is, but it’s not pimples. I went to the dermatologist and she gave me this cream/ointment stuff to put on my arms twice a day.
But, seeing as you can’t go to the dermatologist…umm, it’s called Hydro 40 foam.
Maybe you go to your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist what he/she recommends. These are everywhere CVS, Walgreens, grocery stores. They are most of the time very helpful!
