.308 Norma Magnum reloading equipment help?

I own a .308 norma Magnum rifle and I decided that in order to shoot it without great expense, i must reload my own ammo. I’ve assembled a shopping cart of the following items: .308 Winchester Full Length Sizing Die, .308 Winchester Lee Loader, (I’m trying to be cheap) and a Lee anniversary Pack.(one press die+ reloading manual) I’m trying to keep a max budget of $ 200.00. I plan to produce shells out of .300 winchester magnum cases. If any of these things are wrong, or if i’m missing some thing, please tell me.
